In the unlikelihood that you need to return a product purchased
from ourselves then please use the information below:
You can cancel your purchase at any time before or up to 7
days from receipt of the goods arriving. All goods sent
back to our warehouse will have to paid by you the buyer unless
the item is to be found faulty. Please note if a parcel is
lost when you are returning it ourselves then you are liable for
that so please insure all parcels that are sent back.
Please note that we do not accept ropes back that have been
spliced or cut to your specification. For example 30m of
6mm blue polypropylene rope. However we do accept all full
coils back for example 220m coil of 10mm white polypropylene
rope.
You have 14 days to return your item after you have informed
us. Please note the item must be complete, unused and in
'as new' condition. After we have received your item your
credit/debit card or Paypal account will be refunded with the
full purchase price of the goods less the original delivery cost
of sending the product out.
